Straight answers
- Why publish prices when nobody else does?
- Because hiding them wastes everyone's time. If the number does not work for you, you should find that out in thirty seconds rather than after two meetings and a proposal.
- Is there a long contract?
- A month to month agreement after the first term. If we are worth keeping we should have to earn it every month, and if we are not you should be able to leave without a fight.
- Is the certification really included?
- Yes. Every client on a monthly plan gets certified to CyberCert Gold each year at no extra charge, and we do the work of getting you there. It is 27 controls, attested by you as the company director, with your name on the certificate. We include it because a certificate you can hand an insurer or a customer is worth more than us telling you we take security seriously.
- What counts as a person?
- Anyone with a login. Shared machines on a shop floor or in a break room do not each count as a person.
- What is not included?
- Hardware and software you buy, third party licenses, and large project work like a move or a full server replacement. Those get quoted up front, never billed as a surprise.
- Do you charge to come out?
- Yes. On-site visits are $145 an hour plus $72.50 an hour for travel, quoted before anyone drives out and never a surprise line on an invoice. Remote support is the part that is unlimited, and that is where the large majority of work actually gets done.
